My passion for food stems from growing up on a cattle ranch in southwestern North Dakota. I’ve always had a strong interest in science and food and felt the need to be part of something that makes a difference in peoples’ lives.
My double major in Animal Science and Mass Communications from North Dakota State University combined with 20 years of experience in the pasta industry provide the practical background to promote Dreamfields Pasta and its very compelling health promoting advantages to health seeking consumers. Today’s social media environment helps propel the strong word-of-mouth reasons associated with this unique and great tasting pasta.
If I’m not unwinding at the end of the day by chopping veggies to toss with fresh meats or fish and herbs from my garden for a Dreamfields Pasta dinner creation, then it’s the outdoors is where I’m happiest. I’ve since moved from riding horse to riding motorcycle, and holding onto my best friend.
